Located on the ground floor of the main house with its own private entrance and named for Arthur F. Reese, the second owner of the house, the A. Reese Study Room has a queen-size bed and victorian style settee. Across from the bedroom, off the interior, private hallway, is a full bath with a cast iron, claw foot tub with shower combination. There is also an additional half bathroom down this same hall.

Located on the second floor of the main house, facing the front, this sunny room with 2 large windows has a queen-size bed, a seasonal gas fireplace and private bathroom with a cast iron, claw foot tub with shower combination.

Named for its Juliet window balcony and located on the second floor of the main house, facing the front, the Romeo and Juliet room is a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed. An antique vanity, across from the bed, has been modified to accommodate a sink, while the private water closet houses a stall shower and toilet.

Named after this grand home’s original owner and builder, the prominent banker, William E. Breese, and located on the second floor of the main house, this sunny, corner room has a queen- size bed and a small, private bathroom with a shower stall only and pedestal sink. **Fireplace is not operational at this time**

Located on the second floor, rear corner, of the main house. One of our most popular rooms, the Queen Anne Bedroom features a king-size bed, arm chairs, and the private bathroom has a cast iron tub with a shower combination. **Fireplace is not operational at this time**

History tells us that this charming room was once occupied by the head servant of the Breese household. Unique features are a former doorway that lead to a back staircase accessing the kitchen, and a closet, 'behind the closet', where the family's precious silver was stored. Located on the second floor of the main house, overlooking the rear gardens, this room has a queen-size, four poster bed and seasonal gas burning fireplace. The private bathroom has a large cast iron, claw foot tub with shower combination and pedestal sink.

Located on the third floor of the main house and named for Minnie Page who purchased the house in 1937 and had a 40-year love affair with and devotion to the house, the Page room has a king-size bed and a twin bed. The room has a private bathroom with a stall shower and pedestal sink that is located just outside the room. Heavy damask draperies hang, surrounding the outside of the room and bathroom creating a small foyer for complete privacy. This bedroom can accommodate up to three people. Extra person fees will be added for the 3rd person, $30 per night.

Located on the third floor of the main house, the Tower Bedroom feels like a private getaway. Off to the right of the small entry foyer leading into the bedroom is a large turret bathroom with a cast iron, claw foot tub and hand held shower only. Straight ahead is the bedroom with a king-size bed and a twin-size bed. This bedroom can accommodate up to three people.Rates for all rooms are based on double occupancy, we will add extra person fee of $30 per night for extra guests.This bedroom can accommodate up to three people.

Located on the third floor of the main house, The Celebration Suite has 2 cheery rooms connected by a private foyer and bathroom. The bedroom to the right has a king-size bed and overlooks the rear gardens. The room to the left faces the front of the house and has a queen- size bed. Each room has its own television and sitting chair. There is a shared bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination, in the foyer, which connects the two rooms. Each additional person, over double occupancy is $30 per person/per night. The extra fees will be added to your reservation once we have received the reservation email.

This wonderfully secluded suite with its large private veranda and entrance is located down a brick pathway on the garden level of the mansion. The sitting room includes a love seat and an arm chair with a television. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a gas fireplace. Inside the bedroom is the bathroom with a jetted tub and a 'rain-effect' shower head. Also included are coffee service and a mini-frig.

Located in our 1915 style bungalow on the property, Guest Cottage Room 1 has a separate sitting room with a love seat and club chair along with a coffee service, mini refrigerator and microwave oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Decorated with cottage décor this suite features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a “Jack and Jill” shared bathroom connecting the two bedrooms. The butler’s kitchen has a sink, full size refrigerator, coffee service, microwave oven and toaster. There is a deck outside the kitchen for outdoor dining. Rates are based on double occupancy. This 2 bedroom suite is located on the second floor of the Carriage House. Decorated with cottage style furniture this lovely suite features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. Each room has its own television and comfortable sitting chair(s). Additionally, there is one private bathroom with a tub/shower combination that connects the two guest rooms. Both rooms combined can sleep up to 4 people. Our rates are based on double occupancy (2 guests). Each additional person, over double occupancy, is $30/night, per guest. The Carriage House has shared common areas such as; full kitchen, living room and dining room. The entire second floor is yours when you rent this cute and unique guest suite.

The Stables Suite is located under the Carriage House on the ground/garden level where the original Horses and Buggies were housed. This apartment sized suite has its own private patio with outdoor seating and private parking. There is a full kitchen, living area, two flat screen televisions, king-size bed, bathroom with a large walk in shower. The living room, floor to ceiling, screened windows slide open. Come for a night or stay for a week. You will be more than comfortable, with everything you need, to make this suite your home away from home!
