Room #1: The Study Room
This guestroom is conveniently located on the first floor of the mansion in a quiet back area of the Inn. The entry door opens to a small foyer with a second door leading to the bedroom. A solid brass queen bed is graced with a half canopy at the head. In addition, the room features a day sleigh bed for a second guest(or third, with additional charge). The antique mahogany armoire and large, oval mirrored dresser are two of our most treasured period furnishing in this handsome room. A private bath with a deep claw foot tub (with shower), invites a long hot soak, after a full day of parading through the grand halls of Biltmore Estate.

PLEASE NOTE: This guestroom can be converted into a wonderful suite, for an additional $40 per night. Room #2: Eastlake Room This elegant, spacious room has all the embellishments of its era dating back to 1891. A queen bed dressed with a damask spread and velvet pillows, rests under a cloud of white Victorian lace, veiling the high ceiling. Aptly named for the exquisite Eastlake period furnishings, the fainting couch summons a great novel in front of the warm glowing fireplace. The private bath, with shower and its claw foot tub filled to the brim with suds and bubbles, will induce a sound night's slumber.

Room #3: Romeo & Juliet Room
The high, open ceiling of this guestroom has an oak and brass fitted fan, surrounded by a decorative medalion. Charming floral wall paper, with shades of bittersweet, wisteria blue and moss green provide the backdrop for the antique furnishings- queen size bed, chest and armoire, plus comfortable reading chair. A peek through the lace curtains reveals a decorative window balcony, therefore inspiring the name of this romantic room. An antique vanity,in the bedroom has been modified to accomodate a basin, while the small private bath provides an opportunity for a long, hot shower before dinner and the theatre in Asheville.

Room #6: Garden Room
History tells us that this charming room was once occupied by the head servant of the Breese household. Unique features are a doorway leading to a back staircase accessing the kitchen, and a closet, 'behind the closet', where the family's precious silver was stored. This bright room, decorated with Laura Ashley paper and bedding, reveals views of our landscaped grounds and English perennial gardens. A queen bed of brass and white iron is veiled in a canopy of white netting. The soft glow of the fireplace and a soothing bath in the deep, old fashioned clawfoot tub (and shower), will lull you into a peaceful sleep after a day of hiking the infinite trails of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Room #7: The Page Room
Elaborate fringed drapes frame the entranceway of this cozy, home-like room of blues and pinks. A wonderful collection of papers adorn, not only the walls, but the ceiling too! A satin spread graces a lofty king bed. High-backed wing chairs invite a resting spell to peruse Asheville's weekly guide to shopping, area attractions and activities. A private bath allows you to leisurely indulge in a shower, before jumpstarting your day of sightseeing.

After a climb to the top of Chimney Rock and boating on Lake Lure, you deserve this respite. A king bed, with a high majestic headboard of carved oak, is nestled in this tower of our grand mansion. The bath is its most alluring feature found three steps up in a private turret. A deep claw footed tub resides in the middle of this capacious charming retreat with hardwood flooring, antique vanities and mirrors. Some time spent soaking will renew your spirit and your sense of adventure for what tomorrow may bring.

An enchanted suite for commemorating life's new beginnings, as well as its milestones. This two bedroom suite offers both a king bedroom and queen bedroom. A perfect getaway for friends and couples or those traveling with a parent or older child. Room #10: The Serenity Suite
Our finest accommodation! This wonderfully secluded suite can be discovered at the garden level of the mansion. A large private verandah, complete with charming wicker furnishings, is a delightful prelude to the symphony of colors, comforts and casual elegance found within. The cozy sitting room has a plush sofa (converts to a full sleeper), reading chair, and flat screen television. Just beyond, your eyes catch a glimpse of a most inviting bedroom. The beautifully appointed king bed is complimented by an Empire style oak dresser. A gas fireplace, with a delicately carved mantle, enhances the romantic setting. The full bath has a Jacuzzi tub for two, enhanced by a 'rain-effect' showerhead, for added pleasure. A coffee-maker and mini-frig are conveniences exlusive to this suite.

Reservation & Deposit Policies
*Two night minimum on weekends. One night weekend reservations may be accommodated upon request or availability with a $35 fee, please call for update.
All rates listed are for double occupancy. Additional persons are $30/each per night. A minimum deposit in the form of a check, money order, or credit card is due within 7 days upon receipt of confirmation. This deposit is 50% of the entire balance, or the full amount for a one night stay. Deposit applicable to the last day's reservation. Balance due upon check-in. Most credit cards accepted.
Cancellations: Deposit refundable up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (LESS A $25 CANCELLATION FEE PER NIGHT AND PER ROOM / SUITE). A 30-day cancellation applies in all cases the entire year. After the 30-day rule no longer applies, you are then held responsible for the FULL rental period and all deposits paid and unpaid are non-refundable. Special events and whole house cancellations are subject to loss of the entire deposit.
Check-in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. Special arrangements may be made for arrivals after 9 pm with advance notice. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
